plot
clint barton is many things. pizza eater, dog lover, and at night, a secret vigilante with his best friend kate bisop. the two work together to protect the streets of bed-stuy. however, when shield, a branch of the nypd that investigates the uprise in vigilante activity in new york city, starts connecting clint to incidents in bed-stuy, he comes up with an excuse to get them off his trace; he claims to be psychic. and after helping them solve a case with his “psychic” abilities, they strike a deal — they hire him as a psychic consultant, but if they ever find out he’s faking it, plan to send him to jail. so, with the help of kate, he opens psych to give them both a cover.
